All Boltt activities are focused on the Total Quality Management (TQM) principles applied in virtually all general international business standards such as ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.  
We are not bound to a single methodology and apply different principles based on the industry sector your business services. Our approach is focussed on applying the PDCA framework (plan, do, check, act) which exists in all international standards – especially ISO 9000.
